What Defines Us

Blaze & Brye Ventures LLC is a small, talented team of experienced veterans building a Southern food supply network. We connect with industry, education and community partners to bring regional farms, ranches and Gulf seafood closer to food-service buyers.

Our first focus is Blazen’ Bones: a mobile smokehouse and catering launch in development, built around Southern Texas smoked BBQ, Gulf Coast flavor and welcoming hospitality.
